Il contatto con il committente avviene per posta elettronica, sempre per e mail viene consegnato il lavoro che va in stampa nello stesso modo. Avere copia del prodotto finito diventa un'impresa non sempre realizzabile. Più facile, a volte, ricevere il pdf da chi ha curato la grafica.
